1. On your TribeGO dashboard, tap cash wallet
2. Tap withdraw
3. Tap add account and fill up your bank details > update > continue to withdraw
4. Enter the amount to withdraw > next > transfer now
Please take note that the amount will take a few days to be reflected in your bank account.
Your payment could have been rejected for the following reason/s:
• There is insufficient balance in your wallet. Find out how to submit a claim for this scenario here.(https://www.ltria.com//tribego?questionId=00d25112-aec7-44a2-af28-21a17a41e842)
• The merchant is not approved under your flex plan. For more details on your plan design check out the claim guide on TribeGO > documents
1. Open TribeGO app > activities > submit flex claim
2. Fill up all fields on the claim submission form
3. Upload or take a photo of the receipt
4. Tap submit claim
To utilize the remainder, you can choose to do one of the following:
1. Request the merchant to split up your transaction.
2. Make full payment with an alternative payment method and submit a manual claim for the flex balance amount. Once the claim is approved, the balance amount can be withdrawn from the cash wallet.
